Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Zagora

Next, we visit Aït Benhaddou, a fortified village declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Many films, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones, were shot here. From there, we continue south through the Draa Valley, where palm trees and old kasbahs line the road all the way to Zagora.
Once we arrive, you’ll mount a camel and trek into the dunes to watch the sunset. Afterward, dinner is served at the desert camp, often accompanied by Berber drumming around the fire.
