Day 1: Tangier – Tetouan – Chauen.

After passing through Tinejdad and Tinghir, stop to walk through Todra Gorge prior to lunch. In the afternoon, you pass through the Valley of Roses in the Dades Valley (especially spectacular in May) before arriving at Ouarzazate for the night.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Talouet – Marrakech

The route continues to Telouet to see the former kasbah of the Glaoui Pasha of Marrakech, then climbs back over the pass, with sweeping views across the Haouz plain, before descending into Marrakech.
