Itinerary:
Day 1: Fes-Azrou-Midelt-Merzouga:
The first day of our 3 days desert tour Fes to Marrakech begins with your driver taking you up at your hotel or airport and getting you to Midelt via the Middle Atlas Mountains and cedar forests. We continue through Ifrane, a beautiful ski resort, and Azrou, a significant handicraft region known for cedarwood work. We’ll stop at Midelt for lunch after traveling via Zad (2178m). Through the gorges and the Ziz Valley’s palm groves, we reach Erfoud in the afternoon. We arrive at Erg Chebbi’s dunes at 5:00 p.m. to start our camel expedition and watch the sunset in the dunes (roughly a one-and-a-half-hour camel trek). Spend the night in a tent among the dunes, where you can enjoy the tranquility.
Day 2: Merzouga-Tinghir-Dades gorges:
On the second day of our 3 days Fes to Marrakech desert tour, we will get up early to see the stunning sunrise. After breakfast and a shower, we visit a petrified marble foundry in Rissani and Erfoud before proceeding to the Touroug Palm and Tinjdad. Will stop for lunch in Todra Gorge. In the afternoon, we will travel via Boumalne to the Dades Gorge. At the hotel for the overnight.
Day 3: Dades gorges-Ourzazate-Marrakech
After breakfast, travel to Ouarzazate to view a mini version of Hollywood, and then to Marrakech via the 2,260-meter-high Tizi N’Tichka mountain pass. Thus, our 3 days desert tour Fes to Marrakech.
