Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech-High atlas mountains-Ouarzazate-Dades Valley:

We start our 3 days from Marrakech to Merzouga by taking you from the airport, hotel, or riad of your choice. We will pause along the route to take in the breathtaking scenery as we travel through the High Atlas Mountains. In addition, we will cross Tizi n Tichka, a mountain pass. Its greatest point could reach up to 2260 meters, so secure your seatbelts.

Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, which is less than 30 kilometers from Ouarzazate, will be our first destination. It is the most prestigious landmark in the south. The Kasbah is a typical southern home from the 17th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After exploring this village, we will proceed to Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Africa. The magnificent dunes of Merzouga signify the start of the enormous Sahara Desert. We leave our car and ride a camel for an hour and a half into the desert to a Berber camp, where we watch the sunset and sleep in Berber tents under the starlight. Day 3: Merzouga – Alnif – Nkoub – Ourzazate – Marrakech

Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech – High atlas mountains – Ouarzazate – Dades valley:

Our 4 days Marrakech Sahara desert tour start with a drive over the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m) in the High Atlas Mountains to Ait Benhaddou, a fortified ksar with magnificent Kasbahs. Several films have used Ait Benhaddou as a natural background. After lunch, we will travel to Dades via Ouarzazate, Skoura’s palm plantation, and the Dades Valley, where we will spend the night for the first trip. Overnight in Dades.

Day 2: Dades valley-Dades gorges-Tinghir-Merzouga:

The second day begins with a visit to the Dades Gorges, then continues with a drive through the Dades Valley’s colorful Berber communities along a path of one thousand kasbahs to Tineghir, which is home to a magnificent palm grove.
