Day 1: Agadir – Marrakech
The 7 days Agadir desert trip to Merzouga will start from Agadir when we pick you up from your hotel and travel towards Marrakech. We will visit the main attractions that Marrakech has to offer before checking you into your hotel where you will be spending the night as well as having your dinner.
Day 2: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Rose Valley – Dades Gorges
Earlier, After your breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel and travel. So we depart Marrakech to Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou through Tizi Ntichka passing an elevation of 2260m (6,867 ft.). Visit the UNESCO world heritage Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is a spectacular fortified village (Ksar). Lunch will be in a traditional restaurant in Ait Benhaddou. Likewise, we continue to Ouarzazate, visit Kasbah Taourirte and the cinema studios of Atlas & CLA Studios where many movies were produced thus being called The Hollywood of Africa like Lawrence of Arabia, Sahara… In the afternoon, we drive to Boumalne Dades via the Valley of the Roses is known for the extensive harvest of roses, used in the production of perfume. Day 3: Dades Gorges – Todgha Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga
Another journey starts, Another journey starts, after an earlier breakfast you will leave your hotel to travel towards the Sahara Desert. Finally, arrive at the edge of Erg Chebbi dunes From here we will go to Erg Chebbi where you will embark upon a camel and journey into the Sahara Desert. In contrast, we will trek our way through the sand to a small Oasis in the middle of the dunes. Here is where you will be spending your evening, where the sky is clear and stars sparkle and shine with intensity. Your accommodations this evening will be camping in a Nomad Berber Tent. Once settled in at camp, a campfire will be lit and our staff will play music with drums for the reason that to share our culture with you. Afterward, you will be severed your dinner under the Saharan skies ‘blanket of stars at the campfire or in the restaurant tent at the camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Khamlia – Rissani – Erg Chebbi
Earlier, after your breakfast, you will tour the area of Erg Chebbi. visiting Khamlia is a little village in the desert by the biggest dunes in Erg Chebbi; Also you will visit a Berber residence and listen to the indigenous Gnawa music, which originated in West Africa. moreover, you will visit some deserted mines and the Oasis of the Palm Trees. equally important, you will visit the small oasis town of Rissani which is near the northwest edge of the Sahara. This picturesque city has gained popularity, not only as the Tafilalet capital but also as a destination where visitors can still experience the true mystique of Morocco. in addition, visit the famous Market where you can find jewelry, souvenirs, gifts, spices, art, and crafts. Also, lunch will be a traditional Moroccan pizza called “Medfouna”. After you will come back to the hotel in Merzouga and prepare for your journey to Erg Chebbi to take a camel ride back to the desert camp where you will enjoy a second night under the stars.
Day 5: Merzouga – Erfoud – Todgha Gorges – Ouarzazate
We continue our 7 days Agadir desert trip to Merzouga In the morning, after having a sunrise breakfast we will break camp and ride our camels out of the desert and back to our original point of departure. Next, travel back to the hotel so that you can shower, breakfast. Collect your luggage before starting on your way back towards Dades. That, visit the canal of irrigation in Jorf, After that, we continue our road to Todgha gorges where we will stop to visit the higher gorges in all of Morocco. Then we will cross the Valley of Roses, and visit the cooperative of women where you can find all kinds of rose products and bio. moreover, Dades Valley. Once you will arrive in Ouarzazate in the afternoon, Your accommodations and dinner will be in a hotel at Ouarzazate.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
After your morning breakfast, you will travel to Marrakech by way of the Atlas Mountains. You will stop in Taddart to have lunch at a Berber village in a panoramic restaurant. After you complete your lunch you will continue your travel to Marrakech. Once you arrive in Marrakech, You will be dropped off at your hotel / Riad.
Day 7: Marrakech – Agadir
After your morning breakfast, you will leave Marrakech to travel back to Agadir. Once you arrive in Agadir, you will be returned to the hotel from which your tour had started and this will complete your 7 days Agadir desert trip to Merzouga. End our service.
